"Everyone loves Chick-fil-a... for the most part at least. My family and I honestly think they take the cake when it comes to fast food quality, and their employees are always pretty nice. While I realize and understand that the pandemic has taken its toll and most businesses are currently struggling with staffing, I think everyone can agree that even pre-pandic, you couldn't just pull up to a Chick-fil-a without it being packed both inside and through the drive thru. Now, with indoor dining no longer available, the drive thrus are 20 times worse. And this is really an area of their business that needs excellent organization and efficiency particularly this location. After our last experience, where some crazed person (who thought cutting 15 or so cars off that had been sitting in line for 20+ minutes was acceptable) almost HIT MY CAR and yelled at us about not having another location anywhere in the area, we won't be back. It's just too stressful...way too chaotic. Not well organized or managed by the leadership team. The entire concept behind drive thru windows is easy and quick There's nothing easy or quick about this place. (Quick isn't as big a deal, I get it, but coming shouldn't be the equivalent of a demolition derby"

I'm only commenting on my purchase today, 1/22/2022.Bought the Taco Bowl soup. Too many beans, needs more chicken.Also as usual the drive thru line was outlandishly long so I decided to go in. However, they only are open inside for mobile app order pick ups. But a young man was kind enough to take my order at the door. View menu

If you’re not going to open the dining area, at least get the drive through orders correct. Your putting food in a bag, not sending people to the moon.I love driving home and then having to drive back because my order is missing things.I guess having to check my order isn’t just something I should do at McDonalds or Wendy’s.

The experience at this restaurant felt like I was in a commercial. I was greeted warmly by two young men at the front counter. The man who took my order was very friendly. When I finally got my food, the chicken sandwich was crispy and delicious from start to finish, and the waffle fries were perfect. Overall, everything was excellent!

Mainly this is based on customer service, which, I must say, was fabulous. Great job to all of them. The food was... Just okay. Staff was friendly, courteous, and asked if we wanted refills (that is a first for a fast food chain in my book). Themanager was there and talking to all who walked in. Today Oct 2, 2021 around 1:20pm. Drive thru waiting time 15 minutes only one line open. 211 Eagleview Blvd, Exton. PA 19341 Lunch time @this location are very busy, Chick Fil A has employees strolling through car lines, taking orders withhand held devices so customers can get their orders fix a few seconds faster The car line wrapped around the building andspilling into the Eagleview Blvd entrance, which is dangerous and disruptive to traffic, take me about 20 minutes wait ondrive through line??

The restaurant provides great food and service in a convenient location. However, I only rate it two stars due to a serious safety issue. Customers often use the exit as an entrance, creating a dangerous situation. Despite the problem being brought to the attention of the store manager, it has not been properly addressed. The signs meant to direct traffic are placed too high for drivers from Eagleview Blvd to see, making the situation worse. This not only disrupts the flow of the drive-through but also puts those entering the parking lot at risk. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken to fix the issue.
