"The last couple of times I visited this restaurant, my order was incorrect. I ordered three cookies and some sandwiches, but I only received one cookie. Despite asking twice for them to double check, my order was still incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager and said she would inform the actual manager to add something to my app as compensation. However, that was not my intention in calling. I simply want my orders to be accurate when I visit the restaurant. The manager tried to explain that the app only displayed one cookie and the quantity could be seen at the end, but this did not resolve my issue."

Took my mom to lunch cause we hadn't been in years. Omg it was so yummy. The service was amazing and so clean. The original chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and diet lemonade hit the spot!!!

When I go here I usually get this. A spicy chopped filet, a medium mac and cheez , 4 Buffalo sauce, and an empty salad bowl. Mix it all together and u got a Great meal. Goes good with a medium dr pepper to.

Good place to have a party. The interior layout has changed and so has my opinion. Seating sucks. There are no more high tables near the drive thru. The atmosphere is not good. Chick-fl-a contribute a tremendous amount of greenhouse gas by urging patron to use the drive thru. I will be taking my appetite elsewhere. View menu

Man,let me tell you this is one of the best places on earth truly is God’s gift I eat here as much I can but every time I come they manage to get my food correct I talked with that one manager I think her name was Susan or Sarah she had a blue shirt she was amazing I had a minor inconvenience and she sorted me out right away if there was a higher position she would deserve it thank you guys so much I went to other fast places before and this is the best yet

Ordered ahead on my lunch break to grab food, estimated pickup time was 12:27 was handed my order at 12:42. No one checked in, asked what I was waiting for, anything. This location has a repeated issue with leaving salad dressings out of the bag for drive thru and carry out orders. I wish I would have double checked the bag for the missing dressing before I left. Going back wasn’t an option since you can barely get in the door past all the people waiting anyway.
