"I had the vegetarian burrito bowl and the grilled chicken bowl. Chipotle is always a reliable choice when you're on the road. The quality and portion sizes are quite good for the price. While we were in San Antonio, we found ourselves really hungry after a long day. We wanted to try some local diners, but they were surprisingly expensive for basic meals near the Riverwalk and other popular tourist spots. There were a lot of people, so it's best to order ahead."

Ridiculous customer service. They can't even answer the phone after calling a few times about the wrong order. They finally answer, laugh and hung up. Don't come to this location.

The sofritas should have included tofu and soy meat, but here it was just dry soy meat that tasted like sawdust. The rice was overcooked, the tortilla wrap fell apart, and I didn't receive a bowl for the burrito. View menu

We've visited this restaurant several times, but each experience has been disappointing. Today was especially frustrating, as we discovered a significant amount of untrimmed steak fat in our bowl. Additionally, the meat was undercooked. Considering the amount we paid for this bowl, it feels like a total waste of money. No one wants to spend their hard-earned cash on poorly prepared and undercooked food.
