The language barrier also makes getting through the line quickly achallenge. Not to mention the frequent price increases. In February, my salad was $12.75. By March it was $13.19. It went upagain in September to $13.85 and then again in October to $14.72."

SANDY LETTUCE. We got two salads with romaine lettuce. Every bite has sand. The grit in my teeth almost makes it inedible. I feel and hear the grit as I'm chewing. I eat salad at home all the time, so this is not a normal lettuce amount of dirt. Besides the texture, the flavor and ingredients would have been good. Such a shame.
