The food was completely cold. The pizza wasn't properly cooked, and the garlic bread was burnt. This restaurant was ranked number one, but it shouldn't have even been in the top ten. I'm very disappointed.

Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable. However, the Mozzarella Sticks were undercooked, and the Tiramisu was a bit too icy. On the bright side, the Grandma Pizza Slice and Garlic Knots were nearly flawless.
