"The food was OK but not what we were expecting from a steak house. the mussels appetizers were just warm not served hot. We both ordered the 20 oz prime rib but they couldn't supply one which was ordered rare. The best they could offer was medium. I would understand this if it were late in the service, but not at 6 pm. Instead I got the rib eye rare, but it seemed to be extremely grainy. Yes I know that the nerves are part of the texture however this was more than usual. The open bar salad was not very good either. It appeared they left every thing out since lunch as nothing was very appetizing. The customer next our table expressed his dissatisfaction with the salad bar too and the beef he was served he described as rubbery......don' think we got our money's worth for for such a high price. Maybe they deserve a second chance."

Went on Mother's Day and even though it was busy out food arrived quickly and as ordered. We had a fantastic waitress and a nice time dining there.

Disappointed they did not have prime rib which is the reason we went. Two had burgers and one was over cooked. Soup was so hot that even after the entree came out it was still too hot to eat.

After you pass through the solid steel doors, we were welcomed and taken to our table. Greeted by Amanda who provided kind service and quickly brought us drinks and quickly removed used dishes and glasses. The buffet was excellent and the drinks very good. Chuck’s pomade for a nice family brunch on Mother’s Day.

Usually we enjoy Chucks but on this night they had a band. The music was played way too loud so we could not even have a conversation. The waitress had to many tables so was running around. We had chips and guacamole and a drink but then asked for the bill and went elsewhere for dinner. We were told by the waitress we weren't the only ones to leave because of band. I would not go back again on a night they have music.
