"Had dinner with wife daughter there on Sat night. 8p reservation. Gorgeous surroundings obviously. Food was good. But. Took over 50 min to get our food. No explanation. No offering of a drink while we wait. Just “it’s coming” Then had to skip desert because got too late due to slow service and just wanted the check. Then their system went down. Another 25 min to pay them their bill. They came out to my table with some antiquated cellular billing device and plopped it down in our table. They st … – show"

Wonderful atmosphere — the service is great but the food is a disappointment. For sure go for a drink … and maybe eat somewhere else.

One star for the well made Negroni, but I wish I had a no stars option for the condescending lesson in Italian and the stale rye bread.

Been a loyal patron for years now. Wonderful staff, great attentiveness, cool ambiance and all. As always Maya (Bartender) is just ALL THAT

Delicious as always. A good alternative to the other Cips as this one usually has (usually) more last minutes table. Great place if you want to have amazing food while also feel the New York vibes with the beautiful grand central station setting.

Worst service i've ever experienced. We stayed at the table calling the server all the time. They didn't have bread or burrata. We waited for so long all of this dinner. Will never return. It also doesn't accept apple pay. Not sure how this place even opened tbh lol. So not worth it

we went here tonight, everything was absolutely perfect our service was amazing the burrata was out of this world and definitely recommend. we got the spinach and riccota ravioli and the spaghetti with branzino and tomato’s. like i said everything was good BUT when we got home and opened our left overs we were short our pasta, no way we ate all that pasta and saw it when we asked it to be wrapped up, but as i said the pasta probably had 3 bites max. where did the pasta go? LOL this place was so horrible I just know I'm gonna have a ball typing up this review. Initially was pretty excited to have dinner here because it overlooks the main concourse at Grand Central Station. Got a table for two pretty quickly. Ordered tuna tartare as a starter, and ravioli and bolognese for the two main dishes. Tuna tartare came out within 10 minutes of ordering (I have the time stamps from taking pics when we first sat down and each time we got food)… then my and my dinner part … – show

It’s Grand Central Station … so don’t expect much. That said, they’re quick to surprise you … exceptional staff coupled with a narrow but absolutely wonderful menu — highly recommending their pasta!!! Desserts are better than you will expect, to! This is a 2-Star review but ordinarily, I’d lean towards 4-Stars due to what they’re able to pull off within a major transportation hub. But this review is about tonight … they SUCKED. Honestly, I have never seen a more management orchestrated failure … – show
