"The flavors in the Rhode Islandah are a fine example of the species: very light, fresh, and clear. But maybe don 't get one to eat on-the-go: the physical design of the sandwich doesn 't work very well for that. A grinder roll sliced part-way through vertically with the meat and cheese tucked in a wide V against the bread and large chunks of veggies in the center. Looked great, but many of the veggies fell out as I ate. You 're might find yourself surprised with mouthful of just red onion (a vegetable I much prefer sliced to chunked).Parking: The few on-street spots were full on a summer mid-afternoon; the lot for this building also full (it 's shared by multiple buildings). Next building 's lot had plenty of spots... and plenty of signs warning you you could be towed. There are some larger free parking lots a few minutes ' walk away. Best approached on foot or by bicycle?"

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"We celebrated my birthday with dinner at this restaurant, and it was fantastic. The Flame Meat sampler was incredible, and the rack of lamb was cooked to perfection. We tried four different types of naan—chicken tikka, garlic, rosemary, and paneer—and each one was delicious. My son really enjoyed his chicken phaal. For dessert, the Kheer was just right, with a perfect balance of cardamom and cinnamon, not overwhelming at all."

"To start, we ordered the special mussels appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The mussels were cooked to perfection, and the broth was flavorful and savory. For our main courses, my wife chose the eggplant Parmesan, while I opted for the rigatoni al forno. The eggplant Parmesan was enormous and expertly prepared, featuring a crispy breading and a gooey, melted cheese topping. The rigatoni al forno was outstanding as well, with perfectly al dente pasta, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and homemade meatballs that practically melted in my mouth. Overall, our experience at Trattoria Romana South was exceptional. The food was delectable, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both romantic and inviting. We can’t wait to return soon!"

"My daughter goes to URI and we are always looking for good places to take her out for dinner, and we decided to go to Tavern on Main. The place was nice but we immediately noticed that the service was awful. We waited for our waitress for a long time. When we placed our order the waitress took a long time to tell us that they didn't find it, so our meal was delayed, and we were served later. I would have walked out but I didn't want to upset my daughter. Management did not seem to care about the delayed order. The waitress was not that good. The food was decent but expensive, too expensive for the type of food served. This is one place that we will not be returning."
