"The waiter was good and the food was not exceptionally unique. It was surprising to see how beautiful the restaurant was. However, I must admit that the cash register seemed to have some issues with handling transactions smoothly. The waiter was very friendly with a European customer before us, taking his time and being jovial and extremely hospitable. Unfortunately, when it was our turn, there was a lack of attention to our table. We were not asked about our meal or thanked for our business. We were not even told the total amount due, the waiter simply took our payment with no acknowledgment or expression of gratitude. In contrast, the European customer behind us received a warmer reception, with the waiter engaging in friendly conversation, asking about his meal and offering additional items for purchase. There was a noticeable difference in treatment between us and the other customer."

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Place virtually empty. Service very slow to get drinks and also slow for ordering. Took too long to get food. My country fried steak was lukewarm, hash brown casserole cold.

very slow sitting opportunity through short staff I suspect. very slow table service during the afternoon change. for several excuses from manager, although we never complain. some of the foods were served cold. the 2nd waitress has made an excellent job and welcomed our visit.

This is my second time visiting Cracker Barrel and unfortunately I had a bad experience with the food. On my first visit, which was on Thanksgiving, the server seemed careless and I had to speak with the manager to try and rectify the issue. However, my Thanksgiving dinner was ultimately ruined. This time, I ordered fried chicken and was disappointed with what I received. I have had fried chicken at other Cracker Barrel locations and never had a problem, but the one in Cordele seems to have something seriously wrong with their recipe. View menu

the host and the server were welcoming and hospitable. we had an extra baggage in the tow because we came into a wreck near the day before, and they allowed us to remove it from the way we eat. when I heard the recommendation of the server, I had the lemon pepper trout. perfectly cooked. outside crack, inside tender n damp. the lemon pepper was a little strong (cracked kernel), as I had to scrape only one lil from the tip, but I enjoyed every bite. were the mac n cheese and the recommended four cheese quark casroles (which was surprisingly hearty). great location for lunch?

This time, I would give this restaurant three stars. We came with a group of 10 people and overall the dining experience was great, with the cookies being particularly amazing! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Our server did a good job despite some challenges. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our table, even though we were told it would only be a 15-minute wait. When we were finally seated, our table wasn't ready yet, so I helped the hostess find another table for us.
