Da Noi - Menu

Da Noi is still one of my favorite restaurants on the island. The staff treat you like family. Today was my first visit since the fire. It was great to see friendly faces. The renovation of the space was great. I like the new touches. The menu is the same and as good as before.

I had my engagement party here back in February. I really appreciate the staff for being so kind and patient with my overly emotional family. Food was good. I did receive a few complaints after about the food. My guests expected bigger portions. The pasta was fantastic. Maybe some improvement on the entrees would be nice.

The food was good, portions were small for the new price the portions should be bigger. The service was good as well. My biggest complaint is that the prices that are posted online were $7 less per entree then what they are in the restaurant and $6 difference for the appetizers. Went here for a retirement party like we always do but we all come here for our Christmas party every year as well. The party room downstairs is awesome. Clean, big, well staffed, has a Florida room that leads directly to the parking lot. The food and staff are 100%. I have never had a bad meal or experience in this place. Eat or have your party here. This place is 100% on the money and will never let you down in anyway.

Restaurant felt warm welcoming for my family of 5 but also sophisticated. I had top service, charming to my kiddos, customized drinks and plates for 8 and 11 yr old, and most importantly the food was excellent and authentic. Got appitizers, entrees, and dessert. They brought out complementary plate of vegetables with amazing sweet potato croquettes. Make sure you get a cappuccino with dessert. Did i mention great service. I loved our experience. Thanks!!

My friend and I went to Staten Island for the Staten Island half marathon, and this Italian restaurant was conveniently close to us. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the reasonable prices. The waiter was exceptionally friendly, and when I asked for his recommendations, he provided us with fantastic suggestions. The tortellini and homemade pasta were both outstanding. I paired my meal with wine and enjoyed coffee and dessert afterwards. The tiramisu was the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely return to this restaurant if I visit Staten Island again. My friend and I visited Staten Island for the half marathon, and we happened to find the closest Italian restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the reasonable prices. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, and when I asked for his recommendations, he suggested some fantastic dishes. The tortellini and homemade pasta were absolutely delicious. I also ordered a glass of wine with my meal, and later enjoyed coffee and dessert. The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever tasted. I will definitely return to this restaurant if I’m ever in Staten Island again. It’s hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had!

I was at DaNoi on Sunday with my family for my moms birthday. I was recommended by a friend which I am sorry to say was so disappointing. I couldn?t believe how small the portions were. Salad was a cup of greens with shredded carrots on top. The penne with Vodka sauce was good but the pomodoro sauce was terrible. I chose from the party menu which wasn?t worth the price. The filet of sole was like a piece of paper, veal was terrible. The desserts were ok but very skimpy. The atmosphere was nice and service was ok. The need a lot of work on their menu and portions. Never again!!! I should have gone with my first choice Cielo in Hylan Blvd. great food, good portions and wonderful atmosphere.

I visited DaNoi on Sunday with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday, having received a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, I have to say it was quite disappointing. The portion sizes were shockingly small. The salad consisted of just a cup of greens topped with shredded carrots. While the penne with vodka sauce was decent, the pomodoro sauce was quite bad. I opted for the party menu, which did not deliver value for the price. The filet of sole was paper-thin, and the veal was not good at all. The desserts were decent but extremely small portions. On the plus side, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was adequate. They really need to improve their menu and portion sizes.... View menu
