"The area is filled with zombies, vampires and delmartians, which is why they hide their best restaurants in the back corner of just another suburban mall, hoping they won't attract too much attention. After a night of fighting these forces of evil, and, of course, 3+ hours at the gym, I picked up Stitch, stopped to look at some turtles, and then snuck our way back to the safety of this charming little bistro. The All Day Breakfast includes everything that you might expect pancakes and french toast and omelets light or hearty, it's up to you. Otherwise the menu is heavy on the sandwiches/burgers/wraps/paninis, with a few salads and a daily homemade soup du jour of the day. But this ain't no 24 hour creepy diner experience. The food here is fit for a goddess!!! Stitch went for the soup and half sandwich special $7.99), starting with a delicious bowl of Split Pea Soup, loaded with smokey ham and a bit of potato. Next came a BLT on rye, warm, nicely put together, perfect crisp bacon, and lots of lettuce, served with a side of Utz potato chips. She ate every bite, and every chip, much to my delight, and dismay. The Eggs Benedict $9.99) was good, though the eggs were slightly underdone the whites were still gooey). I loved the soft English muffin that I thought I wouldn't be able to cut with a butter knife, and the creamy homemade hollandaise. And I ate all the home fries. Add excellent service and a lovely little dining room and it's a recipe for success. And no zombies. You're welcome. Zena, Goddess of Fire"

I've had lunch there twice recently, and both visits were fantastic. It's so great to have a place to enjoy a healthy lunch in Delmar.

The food is excellent and the service is outstanding! Cindy uses only the finest ingredients and truly knows her way around the grill. She is also very friendly and accommodating. The pancakes are genuinely fantastic. Service: Dine-in.

This place is a hidden gem!! The food was exceptional! High quality ingredients and full of flavor. Both my wife and I loved it and are looking forward to going back. Service was also top notch. If you are looking for something new to try, I wouldrecommend giving Delmar Bistro a try.

Cindy is doing an excellent job at her bistro. The food is delicious, and she uses top-quality ingredients. This establishment deserves more recognition from the community. While Delmar and Bethlehem may not be known for their culinary scene, this bistro is a hidden gem that certainly deserves more customers. View menu

This restaurant feels like a home away from home in more ways than one! First, the food is truly home-cooked, despite being a restaurant rather than a home. It’s perfect for satisfying your hungry soul. Secondly, the atmosphere and the service from the owner and staff are warm, courteous, and full of love. Without a doubt, it’s the best place to eat in the capital region!

You'll find the Delmar Bistro tucked away in the corner of the Delaware Plaza Shopping Center. It's a very cozy little place with table cloths and interesting paintings from local artists on display. We were looking for a place to grab a late lunch but ended up having breakfast in the afternoon. Nothing better! I especially enjoyed the music that they were playing; lots of old deep track vinyl tunes. It was nice to enjoy such a relaxing atmosphere during our busy afternoon. I hope to return for their live music some evening.

This adorable place has a little bit of everything to browse while getting comfy in your seat, unless you pop in when it's not so busy. First time here and it's near closing time, and delighted by my choice try their food. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and fun. The atmosphere has a cozy invite to relax and enjoy your meal. The food is delicious! My dish was Chicken Piccata extra capers.. Appetizer stuffed mushrooms. The chef is very friendly and talented in the kitchen. I must return before leaving New York, I need to not forget my phone in the car for photos... lol. View menu

We love supporting this local small business. The Bistro is family owned. The owner works there herself every day and treats customers like extended family. She always makes sure customers are happy. The Bistro has a pretty extensive menu for such a relatively small place and there are always specials. We have tried a wide variety of entrees and it would be doing the Bistro something of a disservice to single any out since we have always had such a great experience with everything we have eaten here. Please help support Cindy's small family owned business. Cindy will appreciate you and you will appreciate the dining experience.

The atmosphere is quaint and a bit dark. Only 3 other diners at time but it's early. The service was efficient and the server was nice and knowledgeable about the food. She told me the soup is freshly made so ordered the tomato basil soup and it tasted freshly made with small chunks of tomato for texture and a fresh tomato flavor with a hint of basil. Also ordered the chicken tenders with fries. $8 for 4 medium sized tenders and a heap of fries. They tasted fine, just not a standout. The soup was today's winner. The one negative about the experience was the soup had oil floating on top., which the oil issue is consistent with previous reviews. This is a Delmar gem...tucked in a corner of the...
