"I visit this location a few times a week because it's convenient and close to my workplace. I try to be understanding, but I can't help feeling quite frustrated with the service. Ordering food is a gamble, as nine times out of ten, it's either cold or poorly prepared. I've overheard some staff members at the drive-thru discussing how they want to lash out at customers who are stuck waiting for over half an hour—my entire break—without any sense of urgency on their part. What really upset me today was my coffee order. I sometimes ask for it extra sweet as a little treat. When I pulled up to the window, the man taking orders, somewhat rudely, asked if I really like my coffee that sweet. Feeling embarrassed, I confirmed that I do sometimes. He then went on to complain about how much flavor syrup and sweetener he had to put in. This left me feeling both awful and guilty for simply ordering my drink the way I like it. I’m feeling quite indifferent about this place and may decide to go to the Tim Horton's across the street if the customer service doesn't improve."

We were here around 8AM so it was basically empty yet some of our orders were still missing. But they were able to resolve it when we asked. Dining in was alright and the staff were pretty nice.

Horrible customer service experience at the camp rd location. Manager gave me a $10 gift card to make good but the one I had was $15. The clerk threw it at me and it landed somewhere in the back seat.

Great coffee shop! Usually not as busy as a nearby competitor. Many more options for flavors, milk or milk substitutes. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is fast, staff are always friendly. They keep the place nice and clean. Definitely a great place to stop!

I made a quick stop for a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and efficiently took my order, though I was the only customer there. The price for a basic medium black coffee was nearly $3, which I found quite steep. While the coffee was decent, I likely won't return due to the cost.

I'm glad we have a Dunkin here because there's a Tim Hortons at almost at every corner. I love using the app and I'm always rewarded very quickly for my drinks, which means free drinks very quickly. They have more choices for cream cheese. When you order on the app you can still choose the type of donuts you'd like. I also love that they have a side which is just bacon! What an awesome idea! Customer service is always pleasant too! Totally recommend!

Only giving this 3 stars because the way they handled lunch rush hour was poor (as a former worker in fast food). Some orders got mixed up, however, they were quick to fix the orders when people came up. The food was hot and tasty and was pretty quick tocome out given the rush. The only thing I recommend is having a more organized system during those hours and double checking theorder to make sure it's right. People would rather wait a little bit more to get their order correct vs it being incorrect andhaving to get back in line. Not only does this frustrate the customer, but also the workers. Overall, I do recommend this placeand I will be returning!
