Had to wait forever just for them to get a simple order wrong after sending it back and fixing it. Still was wrong.. disappointing. Meal type: Breakfast

I mostly use the drive-thru at this restaurant. The food, with the exception of the donuts, is quite good. They offer breakfast items, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a selection of various sandwiches. View menu

The donuts are tasty, but the sandwiches and other food items can be inconsistent, much like the drinks. The service tends to be quite slow, both inside the restaurant and at the drive-thru. I highly recommend taking the time to go to the Dunkin' in Palmyra instead.

We stopped in for a cup of coffee, which we generally do. There definitely was a need for sweeping the floors, tables being wiped off, cleaning of restrooms, fixing of sink in men's restroom getting rid of cobwebs in the table/chairs area by ledge area. In October 2021, my experience was quite different. Although the location is convenient, the service was inconsistent. I never knew what to expect when I walked in—some days the staff was fantastic, while on other days, they were rude and unwelcoming. They often ran out of my favorite items. During my last three visits, they didn’t have anything I usually ordered, which nearly led me to give up on this location altogether. On my final visit, I waited in line for 15 minutes only to discover they were out of the butter pecan frozen coffee and the Boston cream donuts I wanted. Consequently, I decided to go to the location in Palmyra, where they were always well-stocked.

I've noticed this past week that I need to place my coffee order while I'm still in Palmyra, well before I reach Macedon. It seems the assistant manager isn’t quite as proactive as some of the other team members. I visited a couple of mornings ago, and everything felt pretty slow; there were staff members idly looking for things to do, yet the assistant manager didn’t start on my order until I had already walked in the door. As usual, I had ordered from Palmyra on my way there. On a positive note, Bridgette is one of the few staff members who consistently maintains a cheerful and upbeat attitude. I can always count on her to have my order ready either before I arrive or as soon as she spots...

07/2022 I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty muchalways stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so farMacedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited.
