"I make orders here 3 to 5 times a week. It was first time I ordered Mangonada. From first taste I don’t like it . It was very salty. I told politely a lady to change it. She said I can’t. Then a Skinny guy came to me. He was impolite in his conversation ,and very rude with frown face. all he knows is the word no. I kept telling him please don’t ruin my day. It’s hot , so change it, cause at the end evening will go garbage if not sold. He shocked me with his answer “ nothing go garbage”!!!. This needs all of thinking. What is he gonna loose if he told me” i am sorry. I wish i can “ of course I would pay for another one with happy face. I thought we are family and this was my best location. They sold me for a shake. I will never order from here again."

So I was going to use the bathroom and then make a purchase. The lady refused me to use the bathroom despite me buying a drink. NEVER GO to this store ride and poor customer service Horrible and rude I’m calling the manager as well

Travelled from downtown to get their special creme filled Bismarck's they made right in front of me. Chocolate or vanilla cream inside. This is so delicious. I don't mind driving so far. This is the only Dunkin that has the Bismarck's. View menu

The management here is terrible. This franchise should be taken over by someone else, and the manager needs to be replaced. Even when I asked to use the restroom while waiting in line, she still didn't open it for me. After I made my purchase, it remained closed as well.

We arranged a baby shower at work for one of our colleagues. And I chose to bring donuts from this dunkin donuts where I used to work before and I asked for pink donuts and to my surprise they even made pink Boston creme. All of my colleagues were so surprised and happy. We made a beautiful donut and munchkin tower. Thanks Neha.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
