"I tried EAT on Packard a year or so ago and was impressed with the freshness and taste. Last night I ordered curbside pickup from the Kerrytown location. I called the number and then waited nearly 15 minutes and never saw an employee. I figured they were busy and walked inside. One woman said oh yeah, it 's right here. No apology or thankfulness for just coming in. The bacon strawberry sandwich was just fine but could of made it at home for half price($13? . The half order of Mac n Cheese was just two scoops thrown into the regular order pan, with severely overdone noodles and NO seasoning. The lemonade was refreshingly good but again, a toddler size for $3? I was hoping that with focus being on one location instead of two it would get even better but it 's actually gone the other way, sadly."

Pretty good food that uses seasonal ingredients. Floor was sticky the last two times I've been there.

It was nice to see pot roast on a menu. Very nice and tender with delightful gravy. Only wish it came with a slice of bread to finish the gravy.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. But what made me post this is arrogance . Terrible attitudes and worse pricing even in this era of high cost everything View menu

Eat catered our intimate wedding and the food was delicious! Kayla was so helpful in coordinating the event and the service was superb. Highly recommend Eat!

Food was good, they seem to have seasonal(? specials besides their regular menu. Seating is limited as the name suggests. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Food was delicious but couldn 't believe they didn 't let us use their bathroom! They said it was broken . We had to drive to a nearby gas station to use their bathroom, and have no place to wash our hands after we eat.... View menu

Definitely recommending this place to friends and family. The pork pickle sandwich is delicious. It's relatively cheap for the amount of meat you get (a lot, and it's cooked perfectly). Staff is friendly, relatively quick service. Parking lot is small, seating area is small. It's a good local joint when you want filling satisfying take out.

A rare 5 star eating experience but all aspects of our experience contributed to this rating. My wife, daughter and I enjoyed EAT after a long day of walking Ann Arbor for a first time visit. Warmly welcomed and able to be seated when we arrived was a relief as the place is popular. Danny took great care with us explaining drink and menu choices. A great variety of vegan and non-vegan menu choices but the food is well prepared, and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash soup, roasted vegetable salad and chicken salad and a chocolate pudding that may be the best we've ever had. Thanks Danny and the team at EAT for a wonderful night!!
