"Despite having made a reservation, we were seated 15 minutes later than scheduled, which wasn't too problematic. However, we observed other walk-in guests waiting for as long as two hours. One woman at the counter was visibly upset after learning her wait had been extended; she had been fifth in line but was told she was pushed down the queue to accommodate those who had made online reservations. If you plan to visit during the fall, I highly recommend booking online in advance. We were able to order our appetizers right away, but it took another 15 minutes before we could place our orders for the main dishes. It took 30 minutes for the appetizers and salads to arrive, and unfortunately, two out of the three appetizer dishes were served completely cold. The salads were predominantly arugula, with some even appearing wilted. When our main dishes finally arrived, the chicken and dumplings were served in a small cup that resembled a bowl of chicken soup, and the sides were also cold. Our waitress did not seem particularly apologetic, but at least they removed the charges from our bill. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

We went on St Patrick's day and were disappointed they didn't have Corn Beef and Cabbage but I had a chicken power bowl and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed shopping after lunch. Hint for you with kids they have little shopping carts which my granddaughter loved.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was even better than I had hoped. The complimentary biscuits and apple butter were a delightful touch! The banjo music playing in the background really added to the ambiance. This place is definitely great for families! Although the menu was a bit limited, I suspect that's due to having fewer staff, as there was a "Now Hiring" sign posted. The restroom had enough stalls, but it could have used a little more cleaning; again, I think this is a reflection of the staffing situation. As an African American woman, I felt comfortable and welcomed, even though I was in the minority.
