"When I asked for the side I originally wanted, the cashier was rude and told me to read my coupon. I responded that it's his responsibility to inform me of what was included in my order. Unfortunately, his customer service skills were lacking. He told me to wait and didn’t even ask for my side order. It would have been simple for him to just get my side and resolve the issue quickly. Clearly, more training in customer service is necessary for the staff. On a positive note, the manager was courteous and acknowledged that the cashier had mishandled the situation."

When the restaurant is busy, the staff seems rushed, resulting in subpar, undercooked chicken. To top it off, the prices have risen so high that it no longer feels worth the visit.
