"Ouch! wasn't sure if I had rib tips or cracks. sad to say, this FD visit will think twice that this place has good barbecue facilities. at the beginning, the telephone order was slow. I almost made it to the restaurant before they pick up my order. then I had to order another meal and that went as smooth as sandpaper. the host was very human, but I did not get any utensils with my to GO order. difficult to eat a meal in my hotel without forks, etc. my wife is not happy with her cat, seemed to be overcooked. I am very glad that I had a hard busy day and decided to buy a few beers (I probably two 6 packings per year) before I ate my meal. without the beer I may have thrown my food in the garbage"

The food was delicious but it was just barely warm. Two of the 4 of us were served food that was not hot, and barely even warm. Our waitress, however, was very friendly and attentive.

I called ahead to check if they could accommodate food allergies, but after we ordered, we were informed that they couldn't. It was my husband's birthday celebration and some people couldn't eat and ended up leaving. The waitress rarely came by, so it was not the birthday celebration we had hoped for. We ended up wasting $200.

We had the sampler app. and the feast. Everything was delicious and we even had some left over to take home. There were seven of us there that night and we had the best service ever. Our glasses were never empty. I would highly recommend it. It was also great to be able to make a reservation online so we could be seated right away. View menu

I had a great experience with our server, Shaun, at the restaurant. The service overall was fantastic (except for the unpleasnt attitude of the hostess, but I won't dwell on that). Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the food. The BBQ meats were lacking flavor, even the brisket. The catfish was also not very good. Additionally, they only had Tabasco as a hot sauce option, which I found unappealing.

I dislike when people only write negative reviews, so I make an effort to share when the service is outstanding. My entire family visited this restaurant today to celebrate my son's birthday. We were seated promptly and our server was one of the best we have ever had. He engaged in pleasant conversation, provided excellent recommendations, and accurately took our orders. He was incredibly friendly and even congratulated my son on his special day. Shawn K is the reason we will be returning for more delicious BBQ.
