"There's a reason this place is so empty. Ate lunch there yesterday with a friend. There were only two tables, including ours so 4 customers total in the entire restaurant. Still, it took over 45 minutes to get our meal, which was not that tasty and definitely not worth the money. (Our server was good, though. This is the second time I've eaten at Field Table. The first was last August. The food was tasty but expensive that time, and the service was slow. There are so many good places to eat in Madison; spend your money elsewhere."

All very good, good food, good prices, the only bad thing is that the waiters have to pay more attention to the menu, the one who served us didn't know the starters and we ended up asking for the recommendation but it wasn't bad for it wasn't an entrance outside of that it's an excellent place worth what it costs, very nice and cozy.
