"On our day trip to Asheville, NC my Wife and I found Kosta's Fireside Restaurant Pancake Inn in Hendersonville to stop and have a bite of brunch and boy am I glad we did. They say you can always tell if a place is good by how many cars are in the parking lot.....there were quite a few. We figured that there would be a crazy long wait time but it was less than 30 mins. As we were greeted it felt like home, everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed and you felt welcome. All of the Staff treated us like Family and our Server, Tracey was a sweetheart. Last but not least, the food was awesome. Everything tasted home-cooked and I ate till I almost needed a wheelbarrow to carry me out. Seriously though, this is a great place to eat whether you are a local or just passing through. I can't wait till we pass through again! 5 Stars across the board y'all!!!........"

This restaurant has the best breakfast in town. I absolutely adore their pancakes, especially the banana ones, but the strawberry and blueberry ones are also fantastic. My family loves the meat lover omelet, which is packed with delicious meat. The service is excellent and we always have a great experience here. I highly recommend this place!

I truly appreciate the staff, especially Brianna and the other servers, for taking care of our group of 37 today. This was my late grandmother's favorite breakfast spot, and this weekend marks her funeral. We chose to dine here in her memory before saying our final goodbyes. What a wonderful place for breakfast! We have been to their location in Fletcher many times and love it but our 1st but not last! time here! Our waitress Brianna was a joy and you coukd see how good she was at her job but also connecting with the customers and she moved about the dining room. My hubby I had the sausages wrapped in pancakes with warm maple syrup and they were sooooo gooood! The sausages had a great spice to them, the pancakes were fluffy, and loved that that syrup was warm! Can't wait to go back!

The kids ordered pancakes and bacon, but they were charged for a regular pancake and a side of bacon instead. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, they refused to make any changes, showing no concern even though it was the same food. The young girl at the register was quite rude and outspoken about the situation. If the order had been adjusted correctly, it would have saved us $30, and they didn't even apply the military discount. The server should have checked if the meals were for kids, especially since they are under 12. Additionally, the French toast was hard, and the syrup didn't help soften it at all.
