"Happened to be in Las Vegas during Three Square Restaurant week and chose the special. I selected Chopped Salad, Strozzapreti Bolognese, and Tiramisu. All three were delicious. Chopped salad was a nice starter accompanied by fresh focaccia bread with an olive oil dipping sauce. The beef and pork ragu and pasta was rich, cooked with wine, and hearty. Tiramisu was just fine with chunks of cake, cream, dusted with powdered cocoa and coffee bean chocolates. All cooked with love and attention."

It was a quiet night at Fresco and we had the best experience!!! The food was delicious and the service was great. The chef even came over to make sure our food was great for us. We loved it!

Just like the last time we had drinks and dinner…..our experience on Monday night was 5 star. Service was excellent as well as the food. Looking forward to our next trip to Vegas and eating at Fresco again!

The salad was ok but the veil was full of cream cheese. The other pasta with sausage, the pasta was not cooked. A glass was cracked I hadn’t notice until I cut my hand. The waitress changed the glass for me. The food quality was definitely very poor View menu

The first time I ate here was just over a year ago. It was the best pasta I had ever tasted (the actual pasta, not the sauce. This visit it was way over sauced and the pasta was over cooked. We had a reservation, but still had to wait at least 15 minutes. The server was so busy that it affected the timing of the meal. I probably won’t go there again.

wouldn't go to again. food was just ok. place was empty yet still felt rushed by the staff. We hadnt even finished our start when the main course was rushed to our table. and then i guess we didnt pay the check fast enough, as we sat there chatting. Because server took our card without even asking if we were ready to pay, which we were not. Would not go again. This was a satruday night around 6pm

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
