"Kristen was our waitress. That woman need to either be the manger or open her own restaurant she’s amazing at her job. We really enjoyed her pleasant nature and jokes. Now about the food- big portions! My goodness I had no idea. Order the chicken nachos appetizer. Big with sides of guc and salsa. Lots to share. Super good! Then we got get either a soup or salad with the meal. Well after the nachos we were pretty stuffed but my salad was so fresh I ate it all. Husband ordered the French onion soup he really liked it. We got a bread that was warm and had a delicious honey cinnamon butter. Then came the meal. The full ribs went on for miles. It was big- not just saying big because I think it’s big- it was BIG!! Lot of food. You can get your potatoes loaded. So French fries or mashed potato. Good suggestions from Kristen. Dinner was great. Can’t believe I found a restaurant that has amazing service and really great food. I love this place!!!"

""When I arrived, it took a while for anyone to seat me, and I noticed that several staff members walked by without even acknowledging me. I ordered eggs, hash browns, sausage, and potato pancakes. The food arrived quickly, but I ended up sending back the potato pancakes because they tasted sour. I opted for white toast instead. When it was time to check out, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to assist me at the register, which was quite inconvenient. It would really help if there was always someone available to handle payments. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning.""

"I order my pizza from here all the time because they usually make it perfectly, but today was not one of those days. The pizza looked like it had been mishandled—dough was half-cooked, there was grease all over it, and it wasn't even cut, making it impossible to pick up without everything falling off. To make matters worse, when I called to complain, the manager hung up on me after admitting he had one of his cooks deliver the food. It's frustrating to feel like my hard-earned money doesn't get the professional service it deserves."
