"I can 't believe I have never tried Brooks Ranch until now. I figured it was to expensive, and had the same old boring food. My first time was about 2 weeks ago and I 've been back twice since lol. The Ribs are out of this world tender juicy and the BBQ sauce is perfectly sweet. The Texas buger...OMG I could only eat half. I really liked that you have choices for sides that included potatoe salad not just fries. The employees are so sweet, patient and honestly helpful with suggestions, they even remembered us and what we ordered from previous visit. The prices are crazy cheap which at first had me thinking the foods no good not only is the food delicious, it has that home cooked flavor that I have been searching for. Thank you Brooks Ranch, now I see why you 've been in business for so long"

"The service was awful, I understand it was a busy day they had 2 servers and about maximum 7 tables and online orders me and my family where sat on a table and told there was a 45-1 hour wait we were ok with that due to seeing they were busy with online orders understandable... once we were seated we got our order taken about 10 minutes or so understandable time goes by we see tables that came after us getting their food quicker when ordering we asked for ranch and barbecue) when the server brought us our food we asked for ranch and barbecue once again our server said ill be right with you a minute passes bye ,2,3,4,5 and we see the server giving other customers things that they asked for practically ignoring our table and my daughter cannot eat her chicken strips without barbecue she says it lacks flavor so she didn 't eat at all our drinks became empty and when we tried to get a servers attention they would ignore us and go back to tables they were previously helping ignoring our request for barbecue and ranch we got tired of waiting for our server and so we asked the other server for the ranch and barbecue so my daughter can eat this server said the same thing I 'll get that right for you time passes nothing and we see her giving things for another table , my family decided to leave as we were going to pay we demanded for a discount and to speak to the manager and the manager came up didn 't say a word at all she gave us a 6$ discount which to me isn 't enough for the awful service provided the no refills and no barbecue and ranch after repeatedly asking"

"I don't think it's worth visiting this location unless you go during the night shift. Paying $18 for a meal that isn't freshly prepared is just absurd. While Carl's Jr. is generally decent, this particular spot is a definite miss for me. I ended up throwing away an entire meal. I live nearby, and each time I stop by during the day, I'm left feeling disappointed."

"I enjoy a good burger and I wanted a good PASTRAMI burger from Foster Freeze. When I placed an order for a pastrami burger only, no fries, soda etc. I thought it was a SIMPLE order. On this day August 5, 2022 it was not. I called and placed the order at 11:41am. Wanting to beat any big rush for lunchtime. Picked up my order and came home. Got home and opened the bag and got a grilled bacon chicken sandwich. Not what I ordered!!! Called back at 12:12 pm and explained to them about the wrong order. That was an ordeal. I really thought that THIS order was simple. Had to bring the sandwich back and swap it out. Good thing gas is cheap and we don't do things all day to take food back! To top it off they didn't offer to make it right by offering fries or onion rings or a freakin drink or shake! You all suck at customer service!!!!!"
