"I enjoy a good burger and I wanted a good PASTRAMI burger from Foster Freeze. When I placed an order for a pastrami burger only, no fries, soda etc. I thought it was a SIMPLE order. On this day August 5, 2022 it was not. I called and placed the order at 11:41am. Wanting to beat any big rush for lunchtime. Picked up my order and came home. Got home and opened the bag and got a grilled bacon chicken sandwich. Not what I ordered!!! Called back at 12:12 pm and explained to them about the wrong order. That was an ordeal. I really thought that THIS order was simple. Had to bring the sandwich back and swap it out. Good thing gas is cheap and we don't do things all day to take food back! To top it off they didn't offer to make it right by offering fries or onion rings or a freakin drink or shake! You all suck at customer service!!!!!"

Been coming here since I was a kid. They always have the good ranch. The milkshakes are thick and amazing and chocolatey. The Old Fashion Burger is made the way I want it. The food is hot and super great

Don't waste your HARD EARNED MONEY on this dog food. The patties were burnt, the buns were cold and old. The taste was horrible. I've eaten here over 25 years and looked forward to it when I come here to visit my inlaws.NEVER eating here again!! I'm from Texas!!

I would give a 0 star but due to the fact I never placed an order due to poor customer service. The establishment has a posting to form a line in one direction and if someone is arguing with employees over incorrect change amounts other employees hop on a register to help people hovering around the pickup window instead of people in line. Possibly due to the reason the customer is hitting on the employee instead of helping the customers waiting in the 105 degree temperature to order. Someone should keep an eye on the people in line instead of just helping people cutting in line. This is the last time I ever spend any of my hard earned money at this establishment and I will not recommend this...
