"What a disappointment for my hometown of Laredo!!! I was looking forward to having a good Mexican breakfast during my holiday visit to Laredo. When we arrived, no one ever asked us if we were dining in or picking up. After 5 minutes, I had to ask a waitress who told me to pick a table. The restaurant was not packed, but there must have been five waitresses running around like a chicken without its head. After sitting down, it took 10 minutes to get a drink order, followed by another 10 minutes to place the order. Followed by another 20 minutes to get the food. I ordered the barbacoa place, and my potatoes looked uncooked when I asked for them to be crispy/cooked. We never got the same waitress twice. We never got offered a refill for coffee, and it took ten additional minutes to pay the check. It was interesting to see the table by the left side in which it looked like the owners were enjoying coffee and eating their food without helping the staff. I say they are the owners as they would enter the kitchen/drive-thru area. This is such a shame for a restaurant to offer disappointing service while so many other local businesses have been forced to close down due to COVID-19. I will not be returning to Las Palmas Restaurant."

Went to have lunch with tha famaly customer service was tha worst i have seen got a table they took 45 minutis to take ur order and the another45 to get our food amd the owner saw that and did donothing about it steel had to pay for tha worst service they hsd and went throu drive throu took 50 minutes took give tha order and when i saw tha resit found that they charge to use tha dribr thru ths tha worst resutrant in laredo tx

Really rude. Yesterday mom and dad didn’t even had the chance to walk in when a guy who worked there he slammed the door hurt my dad dumb saying “ nope we boutta closed”. He didn’t even apologize my dad said to em why are there ppl still inside his response was rude and disrespectful “ ellos ya están comiendo déjelos comer a la verga” super unprofessional and sad how employees judge the customers for how they look since we wasn’t really dressed up fancy really sad and Discriminated we felt
