"California needs a better Mexican restaurant. This experience was not great at all. The two matching pigtail hair girls at the host desk seemed to not know what they were doing and seemed lost. They seated people who came in after us first when we only had a party of 2. They were constantly on their phones and even heard them talking bad about customers. The food was bland no flavor. Hard and dry and crispy. Carnitas crunched more than the chips. They were drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Drinks were weak and had no flavor. We tried 3 different drinks and all were so gross. Only the beer was good. You can not go wrong with beer or water. Seriously ONLY order beer here. They can?t mess that up. Hot sauce taste like spaghetti sauce. By far the worse tasting food I?ve had here in California. Order things that did not even come out and honestly I am glad no telling how that tasted. The only thing I enjoyed here was the live music. That says a lot. Bring Texas Mexican food over here. Probably will not come back or recommend."

Love this place for authentic made from scratch Mexican food. Local family owned and operated. A Temecula icon restaurant that has been at this same location for over 30 years.

We came to Guadalajara to celebrate a family members birthday. We were seated quickly and the drinks and food came out timely. The beer was good, and the enchiladas were good but not great. There isn't much ambiance but the service was top notch. I would recommend for dinner with family.

Had a MARVELOUS meal of Red Snapper fish sauteed in garlic butter on a bed of sauteed peppers, onions, mushrooms : tomatoes. Served with sides of Mexican rice, refried beans and a garnish salad. Had one of their blended margaritas excellent, too! Service was impeccable personal. S thoroughly enjoyable memorable date night !! View menu

Trying to find a great 5 Star rating on Mexican food in Temecula was tough. We asked some friends that live in Temecula and they all said go here for a great atmosphere and great food. I can always test a Mexican restaurant how the make a simple dish called Huevos Rancheros. This was really good and came with fresh tortillas. Salsa and chips was also good. We will be back!

The place is very clean, The Decorations are beautifully, and unique. Enjoyed the Great Music, and had chips as we waited for our meal.. our waiter was attentive, and the food arrive fairly quick. The Crunchy Tacos have plenty of meat thats a plus.. The Flautas are good the rice, and beans also have a Great flavor.. The place is very spacious, with an indoor Bar, and an outside dining.. A Great place to hang out for 1 or 2 or for an entire family to enjoy a Great meal!! Definitely coming back!!

We've visited this restaurant a few times before, and we've always had a fantastic meal—today was no exception! It wasn't too busy at noon, and the staff was friendly. Our service was prompt, and the queso fundido appetizer was delicious. The lunch portions were generous and served hot. As a fan of Mexican food, I was not disappointed. The chile verde with beans and rice was excellent, and the Macho burrito was massive, packed with both Chile Colorado and Chile Verde. We definitely left feeling full! View menu

The restaurant is spotless, and the decor is both beautiful and distinctive. We enjoyed the fantastic music while snacking on chips as we waited for our meal. Our server was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. The Crunchy Tacos were packed with meat, which was a definite highlight. The flautas were delicious, and the rice and beans were equally tasty. The space is quite roomy, featuring both an indoor bar and outdoor dining options. It’s a wonderful spot for anyone—whether you're dining solo, as a couple, or with an entire family—looking to enjoy a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We went back for a second time to the Guadalajara Mexican Grill in Temecula for one reason their Chile Colorado. It is a spicy Mexican beef stew that is used in several of the restaurant 's dishes and it is da bomb! The picture is of their Chile Colorado Burrito which I ordered. My wife got the Nortenas Enchiladas, which also has the stew, just no beans. Surprisingly, the restaurant has a 4.4 stars rating on Google, which is one reason we initially avoided it. Big mistake. Great place. We have gone twice and enjoyed everything we had, including their Fresh Margaritas made with fresh lemon juice. Bonus points for good service, fresh and warm tortilla chips, and the ability to use ApplePay by...

"We haven't been here in a while and we remember having to fig Burger in the past. The décor is still what I remember there's individual T v's for the booths and many TV so you can watch sports. The waiters were really nice and prompt. Not too busy for a Saturday night. We ended up ordering the Imperial fig Burger and for some weird reason I was feeling a tuna melt. The Chipotle tuna melt really was a meal that hit the spot for me. It was a solid sandwich maybe on the smaller side but the Bread was grilled nicely and the tuna was warm and the nice touch of Chipotle was very nice. I get that it was just a side Caesar salad but I think the dressing could use some care and it's so much better when your lettuce is very cold and crisp. The wifey ordered the Imperial fig Burger this thing was delicious, The description on the menu says it's a 7 oz Burger it definitely didn't feel like it and the prices are definitely higher probably because of inflation. Still it was a very solid Burger and just as good as we remembered it. The sweet and slightly acidic jam pairs well with the fatty yet crisp Burger, We ordered it medium rare and for once we got it a perfect medium rare, The bun is well cannot be overlooked it was very soft and had a great grill to it and the sesame seeds on top sealed the deal. The side salad for her Burger was was pretty good as well the dressings tasted good but again the greens the greens are much better crispy. All in all a very good meal."
