"If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst experience ever at any Hardee’s franchise I’ve ever encountered!! Ordered through the mobile app pulled up through the drive thru and was told to pull up the lady at the window was very rude and acted like it was a problem to serve us. Was told to pull up and park which we did. Sat in the parking lot for an entire hour before anyone even came to speak to us. When the manager came to the car she was angry and had an awful attitude ,asking us what we ordered and when told what was ordered she acted like she had zero idea of what we was talking about! She said she’d be back we waited another 15 minutes before being forced to walk inside to see what was going on with our order. The order was just sitting on the counter! All the food was cold and mushy including our tenders when touched all the breading comes off completely! I will never ever go back to any Hardee’s again a waste of our time and money!! The onion rings were served warm, which was nice. However, I noticed that the back area could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. Customers are able to see the floors and leftover scraps, which isn’t very appealing.

The chicken was off the hook, loved it ,as for the service well, they only had 1 land working and it was slammed you could see the frustration on everyone including the young lady working she did all she could as for the atmosphere it was fun and light considering the long wait I will be back when visiting again. It’s a great choice for dining among the three fast food spots between Hemingway and Johnsonville, but be prepared to spend a bit if you're buying for a group. My only complaint is the extra charge that seems to appear after you’ve already made your payment—this happens every time! I’m the only person here at 5:00 PM. The Pilzburger, however, is a solid 9 out of 10!
