"From another state visiting Chicago decided to see what all the hype was about. Pure trash!!!!!! Order was incorrect tried calling the resturant and was told that was on grubhub. So I guess the grubhub driver cooked bagged and delivered the order tried to call back and they didn't answer from my number so I called from the hotel number and was told the restaurant was closed closed at 8:40 when on Saturday they close at 10:45. The games people play. People loss they life for less. Customer service at a all time low. May your business dry up if changes are not made immediately!!!!!!!"

Good food if you like a little soggy fries and very crispy onion rings.

We had food delivered to our hotel. We ordered catfish and perch meal and received no tartar sauce however the seasoning was top notch, the chicken was just average and it could be because I didn't know that the sauce is what makes the chicken.

I've heard that other locations are better. This place was nothing special—just some chicken wings to hold you over until your main meal. I wasn't impressed with the mac and cheese; I only had a small taste and didn't even want to eat any more after that. View menu

The chicken here is fantastic, especially with its perfect spice. Everything is always made fresh to order. Be sure to get the lemonade on the side; it enhances the meal so much. I absolutely love the food, and when I return to Chicago, I will definitely order from here again.

The service is friendly and efficient. The chicken tenders are huge and the wings are crispy. Not a fan of that sauce though, and they don't ask if you want it, or even what kind of sauce you want. The chicken is covered in it. Fries come with everything apparently. The onion rings are bad.

The chicken was good. The gizzards were tender but not seasoned enough. Fried okra was bland. We dined in. Diners were harassed by a couple of guys begging for money inside of the restaurant. None of the workers did anything to deter the men from interacting with some of older women among us. View menu

The restaurant is kept clean thanks to the staff, but it could use some fresh paint and a remodel. The chicken is okay, but it doesn't compare to the flavor from well-known chains like Crown Chicken or Royal Farms. If you're planning to enjoy some soul food, you might be disappointed; instead, just think of it as a place to grab some wings with lemon pepper seasoning.

I had a great experience. I realize people are human and make mistakes so I never have exceedingly high expectations for anywhere. However, the food was great. I’ve been to a multitude of Harold’s around chicago and I’ve been to this one multiple times and never had an issue. The chicken dinners with mild sauce and lemon pepper is the best thing on the menu in my opinion and it never fails! Also the strawberry lemonade is the best I’ve ever had!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
