"My husband and I visited this restaurant on October 16th, 2022. We both love chocolate and coffee, so we were disappointed to find that they only had semi-dark chocolate ice cream and no coffee-flavored ice cream available. We ended up ordering two chocolate shakes, which were good but not great. The shakes were also smaller than expected. To make matters worse, the price was already high (especially for locally sourced ingredients), and we were expected to tip a ridiculous $8.50 for each shake. We decided to leave a $2 tip, but the total for two shakes came out to a little over $21. We were not satisfied with the experience and do not plan to return."

Delicious ice cream. We visited Hattie Jane's on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't busy at all. We had a table outside on the patio to enjoy our treats.

The ice cream was good. But, they charged a .50 dairy free upcharge. So, for customers that can not eat dairy, they have an additional charge? That is ridiculous. Very disappointed in Hattie Jame's.

Ok so.... This... Place... Is... Phenomenal!!! The in house brewed coffee is superior and the home made ice creams are literally the bees knees! Deliciousness on a cone or in a cup... Its all good!!! A yummy experience indeed! Still the best in the south!!!! Every flavors made with love and creativity!

What a disappointment. I'm sorry guys I wanted y'all to be good I really truly did!!!! But the vanilla ice cream had zero flavor! It messed with my mind. I know I was eating ice cream cause it was cold, but there was literally zero flavor! I wish I wouldn't have spent 12$ for the double scoop! I literally fed it to my dog. However, one redeeming factor was....I tried my wife's mint chocolate chip and it was not that bad. Not great but not bad. That's why I gave a 2* Overpriced and underflavored! About all I got.
