"Food is overpriced, but I get it.... You're in the middle of no where zero competition. My husband loved the $16 blue cheese burger, and my daughter gobbled up the $16 regular cheese burger. I thought my BLT was way overpriced basic for $14. White regular toast, couple pieces of average bacon, lettuce, and tomato. French fries are homemade.... Tasty, but not crispy. My son's grilled cheese kids meal was $8. Total bill for four people $56. The server was genuine and friendly. We enjoyed the moose/deer/elk with the St. Patty's decor. This place seems to be the local hangout."

Breakfast was delicious. Deep fried breakfast burrito, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and hash browns were all fantastic! Service was great and everyone in the restaurant was hospitable and welcoming.

Love this place and my wife and I have been coming here for 8 years. The green Chile is her thing. I've tried everything else. This is not a fancy place, and don't expect something over the top. This is good food, from an age slowly being forgotten. In all the times I've came here....not once was I disappointed.

My wife and Instopped in for a quick bite to eat. We've driven by this place for years and never stopped in before. I'm glad we did. We both had a burger and fries and beer. The staff wS super friendly and working very hard to serve everyone. We really enjoyed the burgers...they were excellent! We will be stopping in every time we drive by from now on. View menu

The food was satisfactory, but the atmosphere hindered our enjoyment. The floors appeared to have not been vacuumed in months, and the chairs were quite dusty. Both bathrooms were in poor condition, with the women's toilet out of order and the men's sink also not functioning. The lack of cleanliness in the dining area raised concerns about the state of the kitchen. Overall, if this place could be tidied up, it might improve significantly.

We love this place! We have a second home in fairplay,...this is one of our favorite spots to stop for cheeseburger...or a great breakfast. If you're looking for atmosphere, this is not for you. If you're looking for a place with no pretense and good food then you will love this place! Staff is amazing and friendly. Cook is superb.... perfectly cooked burgers. Amazing chicken fried steak, eggs always to speck....Great mountain town find!!!
