"Don't let the outside fool you inside the place is fully refurbished and is a fun barcade like style. Come during Brunch hour 12-3 unlimited mimosas,bloody Marys, sangria , coffee , soda for $20. Brunch menu also Is relatively cheap under $15 for ameal. Lots to choose from the Drink menu. There are several different options for food. the avocado toast was a whole avocado ontop of toast with vinaigrette. It was satisfactory. The BLT was also ok the bread was a little tough to eat with the not crispybacon. The Burger was good and had a hop shop stamp of approval on top. They also have a brunch menu and regular menu. The onlydownfall are the games some of them did not work and some only took quarters versus tokens. The skee ball is by the bar the restof the games are in the back in its own room. Most of the games are joy stick, pinball style. Definitely a good friends nightout on a budget for brunch. Check them out support local businesses! ."

Food was bland. This was our 2nd time trying the place. We really wanted to like the food because of the whole atmosphere but we'll go elsewhere to eat! Love the whole idea just can't execute fully.

Was told good things about this place, so I went in; they didn’t have what my friends and I wanted until the third or fourth choice. My daughter’s College music professor Mr. Moreale was performing on his trumpet with a few other very talented musicians at the Hop Shoppe on Saturday night. We did not make a reservation but were seated front row and center, ordered some yummy drinks and appetizers and enjoyed the entertainment very much. We had an amazing time and will watch out for future performances. The waitresses, were exceptionally nice also.

I 'm so torn with this review. During COVID-19 I ordered religiously from this place every order was over $100 tried everything on the menu. Decided one night to go in and have a sit-down dinner. I have to say it was more wannabe hipster vibe vs a gritty Gastropub. The food was confusing. The cocktails were eh. Very unimpressed to say the least. However!!! The live entertainment was legit! Would go back just for the musical talent! They also tried to rectify the cocktail, but it just doesn 't right when you have to basically make it yourself.
