"Humble Pie was a local chain known for its unique take on Neapolitan-style pizza. The P83 location in Peoria was our favorite hangout. I understand that they've closed all but this location, and the one at the airport is only named Humble Pie as it doesn't even feature the right oven—just a standard pizza oven. Since this location isn't very close to my home, we hadn't visited in quite some time, but we decided to stop by. I'm fairly certain this location has changed ownership and been rebranded. The menu is significantly different from what I remember. They now refer to their offerings as Neapolitan-inspired pizza; however, the pizzas were oval shaped, had a sourdough crust, were overcooked in the center, and lacked the characteristic slight charring on the crust that you’d expect from genuine Neapolitan pizza. So while it may be inspired by it, it doesn’t truly represent that style. The pizza was tasty, but not remarkable. The fries were still good, and it appears that the aioli recipe remains the same and is still delicious. I also noticed they now serve their wine in what felt like stemless plastic glasses. The service was commendable. It was nice to reminisce during our visit, but with the new menu and the presence of several authentic Neapolitan restaurants nearby that we enjoy, I’m not sure we’ll return."

The restaurant is smaller than expected. The tables are croweded together a little too closely. It is hard to have a discussion or relaxing meal due to the noise level from nearby tables.

I’ve only visited this place once, but the Belgian waffle was outstanding. It was perfectly crispy on the bottom and absolutely delicious. I left with a great first impression, and I’m sure I’ll be enjoying that again soon.

Love having a clean, family friendly but adult friendly as well kind of place in the neighborhood to meet with friends for a happy hour, have a quiet date with hubby or take the kids out for a treat! Menu is pizza and burgers so not too scary for anyone but with adult flair that makes everyone happy!

A nice place to eat. We will go back. We ordered 3 appetizers but only 2 made it on time. The waitress removed fries from bill even though they did arrive later. A thumbs up for her and flavors of all three though calamari has a slight burned flavor, but excellent dipping sauces.They have very tasty pizzas. And the wait staff top notch.

My husband and I were looking for a nice spot for a Saturday lunch date when we remembered our neighbor mentioning Humble Pie. Since I'm a fan of that type of cuisine, we decided to give it a try. We absolutely loved it! The pizza was fantastic, featuring a crust so delicious that I could have enjoyed it on its own. All the vegetables were fresh as well. We also sampled some wings that were cooked to perfection, and the strawberry salad was simply divine! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy! View menu

I've dined at the Stetson Village location at least six times, but it never matches the quality of the Desert Ridge location. There's a noticeable odor of dirty dish towels, and the floor doesn't appear to be clean. The service staff mainly just deliver the food to the table; they tend not to engage with customers or use much common sense. On one occasion, there were two of us dining, and only one of us received water, despite both of us asking for it. When the server returned, my companion requested water again, but she only filled my glass. As a result, we ended up sharing one glass of water for the entire meal. The pizza was decent, but still not as good as what I've had at Desert Ridge....
