"The website and app both clearly indicated that they offered curbside delivery, and there were designated curbside parking spots as well. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I called but got no response (it seemed they were quite busy based on the parking lot). I called again, and eventually, they brought my food out, but they informed me that they no longer provide curbside service. Since I have a broken ankle, I was disappointed to learn that in the future, I'll have to go inside to pick up my orders."

The waitstaff this morning were too busy talking to acknowledge or seat us. Stood at the counter for 10 mins, fully insight of the FOH server and he continued chit chatting with his buddies.

My order was wrong after waiting over an hour. Their heat wasn't working so they had electric heaters plugged in everywhere.... The waitresses had to ask the manager for help. Won't be going back for a VERY long time!!!

Firstly, the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant were remarkable. The dining area was well-maintained, with spotless tables and floors. The comfortable seating arrangements allowed for a relaxed dining experience, even during peak hours. The staff members were extremely friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. They efficiently took my order and delivered it promptly.

After a single negative experience at a different location years ago, we decided to give this chain another chance. I'm glad we did. This particular spot was quick, welcoming, and the food was delicious. Even though we initially thought the service was fantastic, the staff apologized for any slight delays that we hadn't even noticed. Overall, a fantastic spot for a satisfying breakfast!
