"I had my first IMO's pizza nearly 20 years ago. Loved it.And every time I was near an IMO's I always made it a point to eat with them. I have bragged about how good the pizza was,and have recommended it to anyone I knew was going to St. Louis to be sure toeat pizza at IMO's. However, the experience my wife and I had July 18th was a disaster. I ordered the meat pizza and asked thatthe pepperoni be left off 1/2, the toasted ravioli, a salad and the garlic bread, with two medium drinks. Total cost 45.56. Ittook 15 minutes to get the first part of our order, the salad, which had only one fork and no way to divide it into twoportions, another 15 minutes to get the pizza, and another 5 minutes for the Ravioli and garlic bread. Had to ask for plates andanother fork. The only good thing was the ravioli, and the salad. The pizza came with one side pepperoni only, the crust was wayover baked, so hard and chewy my wife gave up on it. It was way short on the cheese IMO's is famous for, and I was only able toget it down by swilling my drink to soften it. Also noticed that the front staff were riveted to their phones when they weren'ttaking an order or giving the customers their order. Only one time did either of them come over to check on us, and then it wasto ask if she could take the trash off the table. Didn't ask if we needed anything or if everything was alright. Took a pic ofthem on their phones. Didn't bother to ask for the manager. And from the other reviews it seems that it wouldn't have done anygood. I definitely won't be back. Should have read the reviews before going."

This place is fantastic! I returned the following night for takeout. Having moved from St. Louis to Indiana, I can confidently say that Imo's is the best.

My pizza was VERY DRY and over cooked. The texture of the pizza was similar to the box it was in. I called and spoke with the manager mike, VERY RUDE, VERY DISMISSIVE. I frequent this location often, however I will never go back. I will also post thisreview to my social media with my 76k followers. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Today I had a $60 order with a $5 tip. I spoke with Mike, he was very rude as I was trying to explain to him how the chicken looked I also asked for the corporate number rudely he replied he was the only person that make the decision. I?m a nurse and Iwouldn?t dare feed this bleeding chicken to anyone. I?m very disappointed I thought this was a good establishment guess I?mwrong. View menu

Imo's Pizza has some serious time management issues. My wife ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived exactly on time, only to find out they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. While we waited, they tacked on an additional 15 minutes. On top of that, I had to endure the smell of various perfumes and body sprays that were being used nearby. Overall, I was very disappointed with this location.

After years, I've finally had it with this location. We hung on through the problems because this location is the closest one. Even though this is closer, we're switching all our business to a location that is a little bit further. The pizzas at thisChesterfield location are so inconsistent from order to order I guess it depends on who is making it. Biggest complaint isthe lack of cheese and ingredients. If you want it to be like a normal pizza, you have to pay for extra cheese. Otherwise, ithardly has any cheese on it. Anytime I order from another location, there never seems to be any problem with the cheese. Theteens working behind the counter also just don't seem to have customer service...
