"Food and drink were excellent. The bottled beer selection was fairly exhaustive and thoroughly in keeping with the restaurant’s theme. It would be great to have more than four draft beer offerings and perhaps suggested beer pairings for menu items. Portions were just right: not too big or too small. Service was appropriately attentive. In fact, my dinner companion inadvertently left an item on his seat and the waitstaff alerted us just after we exited, avoiding a search and return trip to retrieve it. The place is small and a bit on the noisy side. Cloth napkins but no tablecloths? Overall, the cuisine and service were a treat and I hope to return soon."

very cute area of raleigh, but I hear that the lease contract is due, and developers go flat for high rises, which would be sad because I.

This little gem is a must if you are in the Raleigh area. The restaurant has a wonderful vibe and look when you first walk in and the staff has top notch customer service. I ordered the Waygu steak and it just melted in your mouth. Everything else we ordered was out of this world. View menu

Excellent lunch. Our table shared plates of pierogies, sausages, kielbasa, warm potato salad, krout, and some good beer. Quiet pleasant lunch. Dessert was fantastic... the lavender orange bread pudding is amazing. Good chocolate tarts. Easy parking out front. Only looses a star to a abrupt and somewhat short waiter bordering on outright rude. We will be coming back, but looking for a different waiter.

delicious. this place is full of amazing things, from restaurant ambiente to beer and eating. the beer is qualitatiw imported German beer with some beer on the hahn. I have to have a bad beer here. the appetizers are small but big enough to share, especially when they get a few for the table. I would suggest getting one of the cooking specialties as it was never absolutely wonderful. if you think about the dinner, you should go here.

if they are looking for high quality Eastern European foods, including pirogies, schinitzel, seafood and steak, then don't forget the dessert! the restaurant is small and sitting opportunity is limited, but it is the personalized experience that makes j betskis a leak. the personal is friendly and willing to speak them and help them meet the right selection. the only thing is that they have no iced to dinner. we will definitely come back. before and after they move because seaboard shopping center is reused. Incredible! The menu is always different, and creative! The food is always delicious: Even though the server was overburdened, she was kind and did a great job!: The outdoor seating area is charming (to be fair, the inside feels a bit cave-like, but probably is true to the feel/design of a real Polish restaurant . There are so few places with such unique and fun creations: The price points are very reasonable as well. The desserts were TO DIE FOR!: We go here on special occasion, or just when we need a pick me up: Will be back !

another wonderful meal at j. betski’s. this time it was lunch on Saturday. I've been singing here many times since it's been the presentation years ago, and I can't think of any bad food I've ever had here. the chef really cares about eating. combining the unique selection of beer and wine with the food is one of the highlights. also one of the few authentic Eastern European restaurants in the raleigh area, from which I know. the lunch is just as good as the dinner. service is friendly and helpful. definitiw one of my favorite Raleigh restaurants!

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
