"Terrible experience. Tried the caramel apple French toast entire dish was extremely dry and unappetizing. Second dish was ok (eggs, turkey bacon, potatoes). Watched kitchen personnel sticking hands inside the glasses that were then put on the shelf foruse. They have employee kids walking in and out of the kitchen! Kids should not be anywhere near the food prep areas, ever. Area manager could not have cared less. Will NEVER return to this location."

Food was delicious and service was perfect, can't ask for anything better. Also I have been trying to stay on a diet and they have ALL the calories listed, even add-ons!

I ordered a kid’s pancake with a side of bacon to go and they took 35 minutes (when they said 10-15min) and they put the bacon in the pancake batter. What a rip. And I just started eating my breakfast burrito and no sausage. Get it together J. Chris.

The food was ok. The portion size was tiny. I paid $15 for the grilled Cobb salad. I barely saw any chicken. It was mostly lettuce/greens. Barely any toppings. I was very disappointed after hearing such positive things about his restaurant. It wasn?tworth $15. View menu

Cobb salad isn't a normal Cobb but it was ok....update: Had breakfast and was done very well. Had eggs, grits, bacon and an English muffin which should have been toasted a bit more but overall it was a 5 star breakfast which increased the star ratingfrom 3 to 4.

The experience was just alright. The portion size was quite small; I paid $15 for the grilled Cobb salad and barely saw any of the main ingredients. It was mostly just greens, with very few toppings. I was really disappointed after hearing such positive reviews about this restaurant. It definitely wasn't worth the $15.

great service with good breakfast. I stopped at this place with my mother on Sunday morning and we decided to sit outside. service was great, and our server was very attentive to our needs. she often stayed by to check us out for whom I gave her a thumb for most of the time. our coffee was always full and eating was delivered quickly. will definitely be back. We came here for a late breakfast last Thursday. A major drawback was the restrooms: the ladies? room smelled like an open sewer with the smell wafting out in the hall, making it very unpleasant and ruining our appetite ? unfortunately our food hadalready been ordered. Our waitress-in-training did a nice job, but because of the unsanitary condition I would give this placea pass.

Really generic breakfast and drink restaurant. Food wasn't bad, but it was a bit pricey for what we ordered. The skillets we're okay, though underseasoned. The French toast was plain and boring. The eggs were cooked well, but what accompanied them was meh. This location was also very leanly staffed and fairly quiet during prime time breakfast as well. Okay location for a businessbreakfast meeting, but otherwise fairly meh for the price.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bang Bang Katsu House, and I must say, it was a great experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is modern and stylish and the decor of its cafe side of the restaurant was very instagrammable worthy with the floral wall. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the katsu dishes. Bang Bang Katsu House specializes in this Japanese comfort food, and their expertise shines through in each bite. The menu offers a wide variety of katsu options, rice bowls, and ramen. For the table, my wife and I shared the bulgogi rice bowl, pork katsu, and tonkotsu ramen. The tonkatsu was cooked to perfection, tender on the inside with a golden-brown crust that gave a satisfying crunch. The bulgogi rice bowl had a nice balance of veggies, meat and rice. The ramen was just okay, but it was still delicious and satisfied our cravings. The service at Bang Bang Katsu House was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, readily offering recommendations and ensuring that everything was up to par. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was eye-catching.To top off the amazing meal, the dessert menu next door (Cafe Bora) featured some tempting options. I couldn't resist ordering the Purple Yam snow ball and it was the perfect ending to our dinner. My wife had the Taro Milk Tea and she also enjoyed it.Overall, my experience at Bang Bang Katsu House was exceptional. The combination of flavorful katsu dishes, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere made it an unforgettable dining experience while visiting Alpharetta. Whether you are a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a quick meal, Bang Bang Katsu House is a must-visit restaurant."
