"It says online that this location is 24 hours but there was no one to take my order. There were two cars in front of me that weren?t able to order either. Not sure if the employees just left or if the hours changed. If the hours have changed they should100% be updated. If it?s still 24 hours then management needs to get a hold of their employees because it?s not cool. I haven?tbeen to a jack in the box in a long long time and the first time I decide to go back.. I get this horrible service (NO service)which kind of suck. And as I?m writing this.. there?s another car that just passed by unable to obtain food. Something needs tochange."

The quickest and most professional service I?ve been able to find in the area. The weekday morning cashier is efficient and friendly. I was disappointed with the nearby McDonald?s and Starbucks. I definitely prefer this location! Thank you :

Honestly would give this place 0 stars. Do not use your debit card here—I rarely use mine And I mean RARELY. This was the last place I went to before someone tried to pull 300 out of my card which is sitting in my wallet. This employee took a while with my order as well,while having my card. I should’ve known something was up. Beware.

They forgot something in our order in the drive thru when we asked for it they wanted to make us go in the long drive thru again , the so called manager and this employee came out ready to fight and cussing when we told them we would not go in the long lineagain , hope they get fired I?ve never seen any managers come out saying what?s good with it then trying to fight a customerand refusing to give us our money back or food ! ????
