I've been to Jack's American Bistro a few times and it never disappoints. The food is excellent. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. And the owners are a cut above the rest! Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in the north country and beyond. Great bartender and wait staff. Management is great and very accommodating. Very comfortable. After my first visit I became a regular. My husband and I dined at Jack's for the first time tonight, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to chat with. Every dish we sampled was delicious, and the layers of flavor were very evident. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. By coincidence, my chicken piccata was even shaped like a heart!

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night and was warmly welcomed by David. What a delightful neighborhood gem! I opted for the Faroe Island salmon, which was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I haven't enjoyed a seafood dish like that in quite some time. The service was excellent, and there were plenty of great options on the menu.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Jack's Bistro. Everything from the complimentary paté to our main dishes was absolutely delicious. My husband chose the classic chicken parmigiana, while I ordered the scallops risotto, and both meals were cooked to perfection. The host was extremely friendly and came by to check on us, and our waitress was delightful and very attentive. We will definitely return! View menu

People born into restaurant *family* are a different breed of hospitality. And I mean that in a good way. Old school . Going to Jack's is like warm memories.... good food, wine and staff that go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Chris Gates in the kitchen and David at the door is the perfect combination. The staff has years of experience. Their prices are affordable and the atmosphere is low key. I'd recommend Jack's to everyone!

Wife and I stopped early on New Years Eve, only half expecting to get a table. No reservation. The host was friendly, welcoming and brought us right in. (They had plenty of reservations, but he was good at his job and knew he could fit us in. Even told us to relax and have a good dinner, so as not to feel rushed. Food was delicious, and our server, Kevin, was the perfect amount of attentive. Thanks to all who work at Jacks! Highly recommend this family owned, local eatery.

This restaurant is absolutely delightful. The waiter. Dave was super. The owner Dave was extra nice. You felt like you were at a place that you’ve been for many times. But we had only found this place yesterday and it was our first time. They make you feel at home they make you feel like you’ve been a patron of theirs forever! The service was excellent. The food was excellent. we come from Long Island and I’m really sorry that we don’t have a place like this with people like this around in our neighborhood . We know next time we come back. We are definitely coming back here for a visit. I think if you don’t visit them you’re making a big mistake.. Enjoy. View menu
