"I often encounter issues with the service at this restaurant. During my last visit, my wife placed an order online, but when I arrived with the confirmation, they had no record of it. Instead of having it ready, they hadn’t even started preparing it. If you decide to dine in, remember that you need to order at the counter before finding a seat. They will take your name and notify you when your food is ready—more on that shortly. On this visit, it took 25 minutes from the time we placed our order until we were served. You can judge for yourself whether that's reasonable, but for a place with "Express" in its name, I think it doesn't quite meet expectations. One aspect I find off-putting is when the staff comes to your table to highlight available food items like an auction. They really should consider a system with table numbers or something similar. So, if you're not pressed for time, the food here is truly fantastic. Just be prepared to wait in line to place your order, as they tend to be quite busy, and then wait again for your meal. It's worth the wait, which is why we come back when we can, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

I actually love this place, the price is normally good but I'm not sure when you had a upcharge for having rice and beans to a burrito plus the first bite was a big piece of rubbery fat.

This is the best spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in all of South Dakota. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely should. The place is always bustling, no matter the time of day. The food is incredibly delicious!

This restaurant is amazing—I would absolutely go back. The menu features a wide range of options, and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me with my choices (since I'm a vegetarian). I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I ended up trying the vegetarian burrito, and it was wonderful!

The food was genuinely authentic and incredibly delicious. These were the best burritos I’ve ever tasted, and I eat a lot of them! We ordered one chicken burrito and one steak burrito, and both were outstanding. The kids enjoyed quesadillas, which were also superb. The freshly made tortilla shells really enhanced the overall experience. It was a wonderful dining experience!

There are not many times when I have a life altering experience at a restaurant anymore, but it happened tonight. I just ate the Taco that all others will be measured. Four to be exact, four Beef Birria tacos from Jacky's that head my head in the clouds. Absolutely perfect tacos. My wife had a shrimp burrito and it was also very good. If you haven't tried this spot, then you're missing out.
