"My five girlfriends and I requested to sit on the patio, and the hostess kindly led us to a shaded area. She even adjusted the umbrella for those of us who were partially in the sun. After taking our drink orders, she quickly returned with our beverages and brought along a small dish of lemon wedges for those who wanted them in their iced tea or water. When it came time to order food, five of us chose various salads while I opted for the fish and chips. Although the others ordered half salads, they were still quite large. I received four generous pieces of cod along with a hefty serving of French fries, which I happily shared with my friends. There were also three small bowls on the table: one with ketchup, another with tartar sauce, and the last with remoulade. The food was delicious, and our service from Allison was exceptional."

Had a bad day. Requested to sit alone outside and have a drink with apps. The server was so kind. Even with it being a little toasty he still came to check on me enough and brought me cool water so I didn't melt.

Had a highly disappointing experience at Jams. The food was a far cry from what one would expect from a restaurant; it tasted horrible. I genuinely wonder if they are sourcing their meals from Sam's Club and just microwaving them because that's the vibe I got. Speaking of microwaving, they couldn't even do that right my dish was cold in the middle. The service was equally disappointing. The food was sooooo nasty, I ordered the French Onion soup and it was heavily salted I could barely drink the broth. Then I ordered the Caesar salad and that was also heavily salted as well, I didn’t finish it, the whole table barely ate their food, the chicken tenders were horrible and I ordered the steak frites which was a HUGE MISTAKE because it was dry and looked fake. The fact the server didn’t notice that we ate any of our food is beyond me. If you’re a foodie like me, please save your taste buds and go somewhere else.

Came on a Friday night, was seated right away. Server was understandably busy but handled it very well. She was polite and we received all our drinks and food timely. There were some nasty biting bugs on the patio the whole time. We ordered the scampi appetizer, I ordered the steak Cobb, wife power salad, kid got the kids bucatini. I ordered the full salad with steak medium. We asked the server if the kids pasta sauce was spicy, she kind of laughed and said I wouldn 't think so if it 's on the kids menu .
