"I had not been to this location in quite some time. I met some coworkers for some after work food and drinks and we had a great time. The service was fast and the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable.The food: the food was very tasty! I had the charred chicken lips (chicken strips for those not familiar with Johnny's lingo). They also have a steak night on Thursdays and I've heard from multiple people they are very quality steaks for a good price. The southwest egg rolls are a good go-to as well, can't go wrong there :)Overall, a nice experience. Good drinks, good atmosphere and a solid place to go hang with friends and co-workers. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of menu items kids would enjoy and an atmosphere where you feel safe with them there."

Not impressed, ordered white rice and nuggets for grandson and it was seasoned Spanish style rice , server just shrugged and said that's the way it comes. We explained that it wasn't white rice but she didn't care and pretty much avoided us after dropping the food. We were exhausted from moving so just paid and left. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, it's a sports bar.

We had never been to this Johnnys location and wanted to try it. Our server was a bit annoying. I 'm in my upper 60 's and this young kid kept referring to me as boss . I ordered a burger and asked for lots of jalapeños to be added. When my burger came, i had no jalapeño and our server was chatting with buddies. This johnnys is better than 95th and Antioch but not as good as the one on 119th off Metcalf.
