"My sisters and I like to go during Happy Hour. We like to sit at the bar. The service is the best because the server is right there. We got our complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa is the best we've ever had anywhere but this time it was a little off. It was ok, just not what we normally like. It had a little sweetness to it. Our frozen margaritas were delicious. We like 1/2 peach 1/2 strawberry. Our grilled chicken quesadillas were also delicious. We tip well because the service is excellen … – show"

Well, the silverware was dirty. The food was bland and service was not even present. Miss my Florida food....

Service was pretty slow but food is good. Just don't touch the plates when they first set them down. Super hot View menu

Service is 50/50 but even then I love the cheese dip at this place. The chips and salsa is my favorite out of all the restaurants I go to.

Food was great and staff was very friendly. We asked to sit outside because of our dog and they were happy to turn on the heaters for our comfort. Would definitely go back!

Service was terrible. Food was pretty good but the server committed fraud and upped her tip without our consent even though we tipped 20% for terrible service. So, check your receipts! View menu

Recently the service has declined so bad that the manager paid for our meals, and although we appreciate the free meal, I'd rather have a better experience. I don't think we will be returning for awhile.

The food is usually quite good. I've always experienced something wrong with each meal. I have tried so hard to like this place, but my most recent visit will be my last, the good didn't outweigh the bad this time and honestly I'm tired of always having something wrong with my dish. Servers are good, and management is nice and helpful, but after so many less than great experiences, I have to give up. I still recommend the place because I know I'm just unlucky with the problems I've had and can … – show

"As a Gluten free couple and myself being only a fish eater (no meat) there are very few quality restaurants my husband and I find that we can truly enjoy in the city of Wichita. Most places do have one or two choices for those with my dietary requirements, but often they seem like an afterthought. The Belmont is now added to our short list of regular places we plan to dine. We met Tory, the owner who sat us to our cozy booth, and immediately began to offer creative GF takes on several of their dishes. I was offered a decontructed bruchetta where the fillings were served on a lettuce plate and in place of some of the meat component was offered a side of nice smoked salmon for protein. I added the olive snack and was delighted with the red and green selection. My husband had the burger (hold the bun) and loved his meal. We splurged on sharing a dish of homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was fresh and tasty! My only suggestion would be to keep some rice or GF flour on hand in the kitchen to possibly offer some of the breaded or fried dishes as GF options. (Yes even with a shared fryer, there are many such as my husband and I who are not celiac who have found shared fryers make no difference) Fully 30% of the public considers themselves GF. It is so easy to get a box of quality GF pasta or sub out some GF or Rice flour to dredge for frying. I find Rice flour to make for a crisper dredge anyway! I truly wish more Wichita restaurants would attempt to provide more varied dishes for us GF restaurant goers. Wouldn't you like 30% of your client base to be thrilled to head your way for good GF dish options? Just offering starchy GF sandwich buns (not what the Belmont does) is not a creative answer."
