Cafeteria style served here. Food is really good. It's a no frills type of place. I was the only non-black person in here, the line was really long, the chicken was great, and the place itself has a unique local feel to it.

It was great my first time there but the two visits following were a big disappointment. I ordered fried Turkey wings and they were extremely salty and so were the great northern beans, too salty to eat. The cook has a heavy hand. You can always add salt but you can’t remove it. Everything was ehhh. The dressing was definitely stove top stuffing.. the Mac n cheese couldn?t hold weight to any fast food mac smh the greens were decent and the Turkey wing very tender but no flavor. The peach cobbler should be ashamed to be made in GA.watery and no flavor. The best parts of the meal were the cornbread and the lemonade. Will not return

Was visiting ATL, and did a Google search for Soul Food, and I'm so glad we tried this place! It's a cafeteria line, you tell the staff what you want. Generous portions, wide variety of selections I got collard greens, cabbage, cornbread muffins fried chicken- everything was delicious! Sweet tea was just right for my taste buds. Open 6 am to 5 pm. I went about 11:30 am on a Friday, and we had no problem parking in their lot. Next time in ATL, I will be back!

That food was the best southern soul food I've ever ate. I was so happy!! I had everything. Their meatloaf was surprisingly delicious. I loved the chicken wings. I was not expecting the broccoli and rice casserole to be so good. I loved the greens. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable it was for the potions. Fast service. It's a small place and it is simple inside with no decor but it works. I can't get over how delicious it was. View menu

Hey yall ?Tried this soul food, place passing through ATL, that came recommended. The food was okay. Some of the staff was friendly. Others were tired, hot, and not that friendly. The facility presentation was mediocre at best. It's always good to try new places, but this is one place l probably wouldn't return to. Thank you K&K for my dinner. This place is not worth the hype ! I?m really surprised by all the 5 star reviews. I had Mac and cheese which was basic and no flavor other than the cheese which was very stringy . My wings were ok nothing to go crazy about and the collard greens andyams were a big disappointment and a NO ! They had no flavor and reminded me of hospital food ! The biggest disappointment wasthe peach cobbler! Omg it was so watery and had no flavor and I don?t even know what the crust was made from since there was notaste to it . You can get way better soul food in New York and NJ than here This is not the place to come To for soul food ifvisiting atlanta ! I gave this place 2 stars because the staff was nice...

This is the only place where I get lemon pepper talipia with extra lemon pepper. I promise once you’ve had theirs baby you wouldn’t want it from anywhere else. Fried and seasoned to perfection. They have a variety of meat and side options . I’ve had just about everything there but my favs are definitely the fish the addictive sweet potato pie they use to have oxtails) ribs on Friday and Saturday very tender) the yams, the cabbages are my grandma favs along with the cornbread muffins. I love their beef link sausage breakfast with hash browns and toast. The portion sizes are more than enough compared to other breakfast/soul food spots. You do not have to wait outside for your food.
