"I'm from out of town and stopped here since it was right by the highway. Around 7 o'clock went through the drive thru where there's a sign that says no refunds we guarantee we make your order right.I ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal. 1 was burnt to a crisp. 1 was decent. The other didn't even look fully good and the skin was slimy not even crunchy at all.If you have a sign like that you should expect higher quality."

Always get food to go. Last time we didn't get napkins, you have to asy for butter and honey for the biscuits but the chicken is delicious!

Extra crispy? More like extra soggy. They assured me my order was correct and that I wouldn't be getting a refund, but they neglected to mention that the chicken would have the texture of a wet sock.

We visited this KFC for an 8-piece family meal, but what we received was disappointing: just 8 small pieces of chicken—4 legs and 4 wings. We paid $40 for that. They informed us that was all they had, yet still charged us the full price. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this location in our hometown.
