"I believe I experienced unfair treatment due to my race. I was charged for an expensive order despite more affordable options being available. Furthermore, when they inserted my debit card into the payment machine, they were so rough that they actually broke a piece off of it. They said it was a mistake, but it's difficult to see how that could occur without using excessive force. I intend to report this incident and will not be going back."

I spent $35 on an 8-piece family bucket, and it came with mostly thighs. I don't think it was worth the money! Next time, I'll be heading to Popeyes since they just opened in Amsterdam.

Famous Bowl Combo was a complete mess. Had 4 chewy pieces of tiny chicken in it and dripped all over the place when I opened the bag. Mac and Mac Cheese was cold. Chicken Breast had little to no meat and was also dry and cold. Completely dissatisfied with this order.

After waiting for 5 minutes to place my order, I noticed an employee wiping his nose with his hand and then blowing it right over the counter where food is prepared. The food was quite good and served hot. I will likely come back again. The chicken was very crispy and hot, while the mashed potatoes and gravy were flavorful and also hot. My favorite coleslaw was cold and delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve genuinely enjoyed fast food, as I usually leave feeling unsatisfied. But not this time; I felt my money was well spent.

I ordered 2 pc family meals. I was in a hurry and there were cars behind me so I didn't check the order. When I realized I only got half the order I went back to get the rest. Still wasn't given half of the sides I ordered and the whole time you could hearthe kitchen staff goofing around through the drive threw speaker. Very unprofessional! So I spent $60 on food and didn't geteverything I ordered.
