"The food was incredible, and the delivery was lightning fast. They followed all my instructions perfectly (like extra crispy fries and specific toppings for my sub/pizza). The quality of the food was excellent, and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. However, I want to note that the later the delivery, the poorer the food quality and portion sizes seem to be compared to earlier in the day. I’ve ordered from New Kiani’s at least six times, and tonight was the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far. Just to emphasize, today (10/4) has been the worst in a string of orders."

This is definitely my favorite spot for a quick sub combo. I always order a cheesesteak loaded with all the toppings, accompanied by fries and a drink. The food is fresh, dependable, and served promptly.

Food is always on point however, they forgot 2 of my cheesesteaks... but on the flip side, they were very apologetic and offered to give me a credit or just credit my card... other than that, 5 stars all the way View menu

The online ordering process is easy, although there are some fees involved. Delivery is quick, but you'll need to make contact for it. The pizza is flavorful, but the steak in the sub had a grainy and dry texture, lacking in taste.

Pizza is delicous, sauce is just right, cheese is always melted to perfection crust has a garlic finish. Always offering specials reasonably priced food. Salads are fresh plentiful. Delivery is fast, safe, prompt and they will call upon arrival.

We ordered lemon pepper wings..very very little season barely tasting the lemon pepper..We also ordered 3 drinks but only got 2...first impressions are the best...this is my first time and last time..If I'm gonna pay over $30 for food then service and hospitality should be better.. thumbs down View menu

We ordered the lemon pepper wings, but they were barely seasoned and lacked the lemon pepper flavor. Additionally, we ordered three drinks but only received two. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this is my first and last visit. If I’m paying over $30 for a meal, I expect better service and hospitality. Thumbs down.

The food is generally good, though a few dishes were only mediocre. My main concern, however, was with my last delivery experience. I'm not sure if the person I dealt with was the owner or just someone who was having a bad day, but their attitude was quite off-putting. They kept texting and calling me about a receipt they couldn't decipher. Honestly, just charge my card and move on! You already processed my payment when I placed the order!

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
