"We had two excellent experiences at this restaurant. During our most recent visit, both the service and food were outstanding. Our server, Antoine, was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. He was attentive, patient with our children, helpful with any questions we had, and incredibly kind. In a time where quality service is hard to come by, Antoine truly made our night special. "A decently inexpensive place to go if you're craving some breakfast! The menu is pretty delectable overall, save for a few misses. I wouldn't recommend diverging from the classic's here. The service is quick and attentive, leaving no real room for complaint. Finally, for atmosphere, this establishment perfectly embodies the feelings of a small town diner. "I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ridgeview Grill, and my experience was outstanding. "This being the old site of Michael Restaurant the location is good across and south the Metro Station Indian Hill. The interiors quite stark cold grey floor and wall finishes . The coat closet with sliding doorswith graphic chevron grey on grey can be seen in the main dining. not desirable as it was also storage for chairs etc. This could have been located in the ancillary corridor providing a nice blank wall for ART towarm up the spatial environment. The waiter should not be standing next to the host podium almost adjacent to the next table luckily was empty to wait on service. The waiter can stand at the end of the dining by the bar for visual management as the space is not expansive but quite intimate. American French Bistro Food: Very GoodService: A birthday event that I requested on line did not occur and I had to remind the waiter of my request. There was no offer for coffeetea service either. The waiter did not know a certain food question. gooseberry topped on the creme brûlée. The host then came to tell us about the gooseberry .Recommendation: Aboyer yet has to arrive at a seamless service style that is equitable to their reservation of charging credit cards and penalties.Question: My decision to make the reservation is based on where the chefowners restaurant past profiles Michael, GT Fish...........all of which I have dined before. Should I return ? Maybe in due time.Thank you"

"One of the most irritating trends in restaurants lately is when servers seem to expect customers to leave their change as a tip. I recently bought two scoops of ice cream for $6, and when I paid with a $10 bill, the server actually asked me to leave the remaining $4 as a tip! The ice cream wasn’t even that great, and the entire experience was just confusing. They really need to reconsider this approach!"
