Wonderful French Bistro! If I close my eyes I can imagine I’m in a cafe in Paris. Everything we ordered from the charcuterie, pâté, moules marinières, to the Steak au poivre, was excellent. I love this place and highly recommend if you’re looking for great French cuisine. View menu

This restaurant is more Parisian than many of the restaurants I visited in Paris. The owner greets you every time and he’s the most authentic thing about this place. If you want to feel like you’re at a cafe off a side street of Champs-Elysees, you should go here for an hour and forget the rest of the world exists.

Waited to get a table for 35 minutes, once we got seated two guest who came after us, got their service first, we had to call the waiter for service. Got the bread without the bread plates. I think the issue was our waiter not the owner, I had to mention it to the owner for him to go to the kitchen to get our food.

What happened to your sole, Luc? When we discovered Luc’s two years ago,I thought we were in France. The sole was perfect. Last night, it was a soggy fish stick. My son had the steak frites and it was still good. Hope it doesn’t turn into a Swanson’s dinner. However, our waitress was lovely. Her name must have been Cinderella. View menu

I visited Luc's for lunch last weekend with a friend. We were seated at a cramped corner table, with two other tables quickly filling up around us, despite the restaurant being empty. I felt uncomfortable being so close to strangers and asked to be moved, but was given a table with more space. The lunch we received was disappointing, mostly consisting of bread and mayonnaise in the sandwich. The biggest issue came when we were asked to leave the table shortly after paying the bill and leaving a tip, in order to accommodate a reservation. This kind of treatment goes against my past experience working in restaurants, where customers should not be asked to vacate their table unless the restaura...

We went to Luc's for dinner at 6:00 with my parents, and the restaurant was busy on a Tuesday night for good reason; the service was exceptional! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was outstanding; incredibly delicious with generous portions, served perfectly. The atmosphere was charming with old-world charm, cozy and clean with stone walls and wooden beams. We had a fantastic meal and will definitely be back. In December 2022, we returned for lunch with family and once again everything was delicious with great portions and excellent service. I am the most positive person, but this was just a bad lunch experience all around: for starters, we got a complimentary tiny bowl with 4 of the tinies olives in it. This generosity made me laugh out loud! (Because I was still in a good mood... my Sole Amandine was sitting in a pool of butter sauce, soggy, unhealthy, bad looking, yet tasty too bad, I should have left it! the accompanying rather small side of wilted green beans didn 't help either, floating in the same pool of butter the side of French fries, which also came in the tiniest of containers, was the true appetite killer: luke warm, soft and disgusting; I sent it back, and when the waiter came back with the new fries he simply sla...
