"This restaurant is usually 5 stars because of its service. Today, 03/31/2024, I ordered online it was a disaster. The 10-15 minute wait turned out to be 40 minutes with the order completely wrong. All this is on the cooks in the kitchen. They were joking around didn't seem to care about what they were doing. The place was not that busy.To the rest of the staff, thank you for your usual attention to good service. Management definitely needs to have a good talk with their kitchen staff. Will definitely not order to go anymore from the Irving location."
