"I had one of the worst service experiences here. I tried to place an order over the phone, but the system was down and wouldn’t take my order, even though I was ready to pay. When I arrived in person, I had to wait while someone prioritized phone calls over my order. After finally placing my order, the service continued to be frustratingly slow and unfriendly. To top it off, when I received my two pizzas, both were incorrect, with missing items and the wrong toppings. This was my first experience at Marco's, and I'm not sure I'll give it another shot—certainly not at this location!"

I stopped by after work for our Friday night pizza, and it was the most delicious pizza I've had in a long time. We ordered the cheese and pepperoni, and while they are classic choices, they were absolutely fantastic!

Great pizza almost every time! We prefer Marcos over every other chain type pizza place. One drawback is about 1 in 10 pizzas can be just too dry for my liking. Other than that they have the best! Great flavor and awesome topping selection. Give them a try if you haven't, you won't be sorry!

We visited yesterday and had lunch indoors. The pizza was excellent, and the Italian chef salad was also quite tasty. We frequently place orders for ourselves and for parties, and the food always arrives hot and on time. We highly recommend Marco's! Great service and great food! Keep up the fantastic work! View menu

The food was good, but I was disappointed that after we had already placed our order and paid, we were told that we couldn't sit on the terrace with our dog. I understand that some places don't allow pets at all, and that's perfectly fine, but it would have been nice to have some prior notice (like a sign on the fence or somewhere) before ordering and paying.

Edit: I reached out after your reply and no one got back to me. Therefore my rating have been changed to a 1 Star. We order from Marcos pretty often and have had good experiences so far but the pizzas we received today were a flimsy, soggy mess! The boxes were soaked in butter or grease. We had to put both pizza in the oven to make it edible. This would be a 1-star review based on this experience but the other times have been ok. View menu

We ordered three pizza dishes and an additional pizza. While my husband was enjoying his pizza bowl, he discovered a hair in it. I contacted the restaurant about the issue, and they offered us a complimentary cheesy bread as a gesture of goodwill. However, the manager also stated that he doesn't need to wear a hairnet while preparing the pizzas, which I found quite alarming. Personally, I would never serve food in such conditions.
